Noritake opens flagship store

Noritake Lanka Porcelain (Pvt) Ltd, (NLPL) opened its flagship store at Dharmapala Mawatha, Colombo 7 recently.

The 10,000 square foot store is spread over three floors.

The chief guest was Minister of Economic Development Basil Rajapaksa. Japanese Ambassador Nobuhito Hobo, NLPL Deputy Chairman and Managing Director Yoshinari Shimaya, General Manager Mrs. Sujatha Egodagedara, Executive Consultant Nimal Perera, Director T.C. Thennakoon, Manager Marketing and Sales Kumara Wickrama were also present.

"The move to this prestigious location is a significant step in our journey and consolidates our international brand presence in Sri Lanka. The Colombo flagship store joins our international chain of similar stores in Tokyo, Nagoya, Hong Kong and New Jersey," said NLPL Deputy Chairman and Managing Director Yoshinari Shimaya.

"We're also positioning this as a regional hub and thus cater to all countries in this part of the world," he said.
