Janashakthi introduces new claim payment service

Janashakthi Insurance recently launched Easy Claim service, a new service for swift claims settlement.

Customers who opt to obtain motor claims via the Easy Claim service no longer have to stand in queues. Instead, they can collect claim payments at their own convenience from any Sampath Bank ATM.

This is Janashakthi's latest commitment to provide customers with the ultimate in convenience and hassle-free service. A customer whose claim falls within the stipulated value need no not visit a Janashakthi's branch to pick up a claim, but can pick up the approved claim payment within 24 hours or less from the ATM. This facility also eliminates the need for a bank account.

"The new Easy Claim service was really simple. I would normally have to visit the Janashakthi office and then separately deposit the money in my account.

Today, I can immediately withdraw the money from the bank," said businessman Rukshan Sriyantha Perera.
