DSL introduces maintenance-free battery

Douglas & Sons (Pvt) Ltd (DSL) launched the long-life advanced quality Panasonic Maintenance Free (MF) automotive battery at the Kingsbury recently.

Director, Panasonic Corporation, Japan, Muneyoshi Noda and Chairman and Managing Director, DSL, Saroj Perera, prominent DSL battery dealers and media representatives were also present.

DSL has been importing and distributing Panasonic MF batteries since 2013. It is another addition of an acclaimed product to the string of world -renowned brands sold by DSL, a company spokesman said.

Being a leading brand of automotive batteries, Panasonic is a OEM battery of automotive manufacturers in Japan. It has a 32% share in the OEM market in Japan.

Panasonic automotive batteries are manufactured using state-of-the-art technology with advanced features. The technological superiority has enabled the Panasonic automotive battery to hold a 41% share of the OEM supply to Toyota and a 93% of the OEM supply to Lexus.
