EFL (Expo Freight) goes for HighJump solution

EFL (Expo Freight) has selected HighJump, a global provider of supply chain management software, to streamline the flow of inventory and information from supplier to store shelf.

HighJump supports over 14,000 customers in 77 countries, ranging from small businesses to global enterprises. Its highly adaptable solutions efficiently manages customers' warehousing, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, trading partner integration, delivery routes and retail stores.

CEO, EFL (Expo Freight) Jagath Pathirane said, "Integrating HighJump's robust platform into our operations will help us perform efficient freight handling for ocean, air and ground transport and also enable seamless extension to customers."

EFL hopes to offer a more customer centric approach that integrates modern technology with human involvement to better serve customers, in its quest to become a full-fledged supply chain management system.

With this partnership, HighJump brings in various features in end-to-end supply chain operations, ranging from stock tracking from vendor to customer, real time inter-party transactions, complete visibility in movement of stock, intuitive warehouse automation to give 100% accuracy and operational efficiency.

It additionally brings in advanced goods tracking through visual dashboards and tools to achieve man-power efficiency through the labour tracking module.

Head of Group Information Technology, Expolanka Holdings, Asitha Kaggoda said, "We selected HighJump as it is in line with customer responsive and has a system-oriented approach. EFL will also help improve HighJump's billing system, yard management and powerful analytical reporting engine 'Pulse', over the core warehouse module to gain a competitive edge in its operations.
