Sri Lanka lawyers at World Cup
Sri Lanka lawyers cricket team left the island yesterday to contest
the fifth Lawyers Cricket World Cup in Brisbane, Australia from December
29 to January 15, 2016.
Sri Lanka contested the third tournament in Barbados and ended
runners-up.
Most members of the team are private practitioners with
representation from the State as well as the corporate sector. Twelve of
the 15 players in the squad have played in past tournaments.
