Piliyandala boy takes 52 wickets

Janith Sirilal, an Under-13 cricketer representing Piliyandala Central has completed a half century of wickets as he accounted for 52 scalps for his school from nine matches in the inter school season.

Sirilal took seven wickets in an innings on four occasions as he achieved the feat against Maharagama Maha Vidyalaya (7 for 28), Sapugaskanda MV (7 for 20), President's College Mahara (7 for 27) and Mihirigama Bandaranayake Vidyalaya (7 for 29)
