DPMC unveils new sports bike

David Pieris Motor Company Limited (DPMC) launched Pulsar NS150 - the latest sports bike with high performance and power in the 150cc class.

It produces 17PS power generated by 4-valve Twin Spark DTS-i 150cc engine which is unique to Bajaj, the Pulsar NS150 is air cooled and comes with a five-speed gearbox.

Front telescopic suspension with Anti Friction Bush and rear Nitrox Mono Shock Absorbers.

The Pulsar NS150 also comes with better cornering ability. It combines power and safety. The front is equipped with 240mm petal disc brakes, giving the rider confidence and control while 130mm rear drum brakes ensure quick yet smooth deceleration that guarantees safety. The wider tubeless tyres and underbelly exhaust also ensure the right balance and safety.

With its comfortable riding position, Pulsar NS150 has been designed to take on any road, be it smooth or steep. The bike comes with low centre of gravity, and a ground clearance of 175mm, the highest in its class. It is also amongst the lightest with a kerb weight of 143 kg, a company press release said.
