ComBank plants trees at National Hospital

The Commercial Bank of Ceylon marked World Environment Day on June 5 by planting jak and mango trees in the gardens of the National Hospital of Sri Lanka (NHSL).

The trees were planted in a one and a half acre section which has been landscaped by the Commercial Bank as part of a CSR initiative. The Bank has also appointed a full-time caretaker to look after the maintenance of the garden.
