PM to address Human Capital Summit

The Sri Lanka Human Capital is a public-private initiative between the National Human Resource Development Council of Sri Lanka (NHRDC), the Employers Federation of Ceylon and the Association of HR Practitioners (AHRP) supported by the ILO, ADB and the World Bank to develop a national agenda to discuss and find solutions to some of the critical Human Resource challenges facing Sri Lanka in key sectors like tourism, manufacturing, construction, foreign employment, logistics and services.

This summit will also serve as a precursor for the Sri Lanka Human Capital Round table in November.
