Launch of Kite Dreams - An Anthology of Poems
June 24 was the launch date of the maiden collection of poems by Dr
Dilantha Gunawardana titled 'Kite Dreams'. The poems in this collection
were largely written between 2014-2015 and portray Dilantha's vision of
the world. This anthology of poems was published by Sarasavi Publishers.
The chief guest at the book launch was Prof Sunanda Mahendra and the
guest of honour Malinda Seneviratne. The book launch was a close-knit
and intimate event and the audience comprised largely of family,
friends, colleagues and well-wishers.
'Kite Dreams' can be bought from Sarasavi Bookshops. It is priced at
Rupees 250/=.
