The raging issue of the Sea Tigers and proposals for avoiding clashes at sea ended in deadlock yesterday, following a meeting the head of the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission had with the Secretary of Defence, Navy Commander, Thamil Selvam and Sea Tiger commander, Susai, in Kilinochchi.
