CR polled 71 votes on Coupon No. 4 to take its lead to 258 while Fernando polled 34 votes to take his tally to 225 votes. Meanwhile, Old Zahirians S.C. (OZSC) moved into second place polling 28 votes for a total of 91 votes, edging out Kandy S.C. which had 22 votes for a total of 80 into third place. Among the ruggerites, Army S.C.'s Kapila Knowlton, who polled 22 votes for a total of 38, moved into second place edging OZSC's Dinesh Sanjeewa, who had 11 votes for a total of 31, into third place.
