Captors release CCD director's BIL
The Colombo Crime Division's (CCD) Director, SSP
Sarath Lugoda's brother-in-Law, Raja Kulendran who was abducted last
week by an unidentified gang in the Kirulapone area was released by
his captors at a desolate place in Wariayapola last Friday.
