Decan Aviation sponsors RCGC Stableford Tourney
GOLF: Decan Aviation - Sri Lanka's private helicopter, joined hands
with Royal Colombo Golf Club by sponsoring a Stableford Tournament held
on the final day of the South Western Monsoon Golf Tournament.
The tournament was open to all, not only the 'A', 'B', 'C' handicap
divisions, but also to Seniors and Masters, thereby giving all players
an opportunity to participate.
The winner of Division 'A' - Handicap 0 to 09 was Srinath Rajapaksa
(41 points), while the runner up was Bandula Weerasinghe (38 B/B 9). In
Division B - Handicap 10 to 18, Sidath Wettimuny emerged as the winner
(42 points) and Ranjith Jayawardena was the Runner Up (41).
The winner of Division C - Handicap 19 to 28 was A.V. Rajendra (37
points) and the runner up was A.K. Thaper (36). J.M. Wanigasekera
emerged as the winner in the Seniors Division (36 Point) and J.M.C.
Perera became the runner up (34).
The winner of the Masters Division was Ranjan Rajandran (40 Point),
while Dr. N. Wijemanne became the runner up (39).
