Ra-Blue’s latest plan to retain leadership
Ra-Blue is ready to prove his political maturity and hold on to the
party leadership. While the Elephant Party is all set to introduce
reforms and more powers to the regional Greens, Ra-Blue will set his
plan in motion. Ra-Blue loyalists are planning to get an injunction
against the convention being held, thereby enabling the present Woc Com
to continue. Smart work eh?
Bell Boys struggle for survival
The Bell Party held a meeting that is politburo to discuss ways and
means of making their presence felt in the political arena. Having
outlined its debilitating position, Soome, the One-sa has welcomed
suggestions. Lull-Kanth hopes to exert pressure on the governing types
by making the optimum use of their student wing - the Anthare.
Atta-Leader and female partners
Run-House Banda have accused Atta-Leader of making overseas tours
with women at their party’s expense at the Woc Com meeting. Atta-Leader,
thereupon, lost his temper and openly admitted that he was fond of
women. “My being with women is none of your business,” Atta-Leader
retorted. They almost went in for blows, but Ra-Blue defused the
situation.
Kind-Leader’s innuendo at Love-Slave
Sun Kind-Leader told a Green bala-board meeting in Kotte that the
party leadership was not a ‘family heritage’. Making an indirect
reference to Saa-Jeet, the Love-Slave, Kind-Leader said that if anybody
thinks that he could become the party leader as a family right, it would
not materialise. “Now that the country’s leadership has already gone to
Hambantota, we must try to resurrect our party,” he said.
