PEO TV - HBO promotion winners carry away big prizes

PEO TV's exceptional three-month HBO promotion saw customers win big prizes this year. The promotion was launched on October 1 with a two-week free preview of the HBO PAK which includes four channels, HBO, HBO Signature, HBO HITS and HBO Family, for PEO TV customers ALL PEO TV customers who subscribed to the HBO PAK during the period were entered into a special raffle draw where three lucky winners and 20 consolation winners were selected randomly. The promotion offered PEO TV customers a greater movie experience with exceptional prizes sponsored by HBO Asia for the lucky winners.

Following the raffle, a prize-giving ceremony was held on January 20 at the SLT VisionCom office located in the SLT Headquarters. The first prize was awarded by Balapitiya CEO - SLT VisionCom and Bryan Krishnan, Manager, Affiliate Marketing - HBO Asia Roshan Kaularachchi - Chief Marketing Officer, Shiron Gooneratne - Chief Finance Officer, Rohana Wijeweera - Chief Information Officer of SLT PLC and the Senior Management of SLT VisionCom were also present.

Winning first place was Ms. Lilakshi De Mel bagging the grand prize of an incredible tour for two to the cosmopolitan city of Singapore, which is also the Asian headquarters of HBO Asia. Coming in second place, Slavathura from Panadura won a fabulous state-of-the-art 32" LCD TV. In third place Mendis from Wattla won a brand new outstanding home theatre system. Consolation prize winners will receive gift vouchers worth of Rs.10,000 each.Speaking on the promotion, Malraj Balapitiya, CEO, SLT VisionCom stated: "As we received ;such an outstanding response from our customers for the HBO promotion, we plan to continue our offers on similar promotions.
