Love-Slave plans Green coup

Saa-jeet, the Love-Slave, has eventually realised that his chances of becoming the Green leader are absolutely remote. He now plans to get Fonny to the Elephant Party, in the hope that he could oust Ra-Blue easily. Love-Slave has assigned a few of his Reformists to hold talks with Fonny to mastermind a coup within the party.

Accommodating Fonny, a disaster

However, several Green stalwarts, both in the Ra-Blue and Love-Slave camps have strongly opposed accommodating Fonny. "If there is a dispute within the party leadership, we have to settle it ourselves. Bringing him in would be a total disaster," a Colombo district senior Green Em Pee loyal to Ra-Blue said.
