Unilever and SLIM launch Professional Selling Diploma

Unilever Sri Lanka and the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing launched a Professional Selling Diploma for sales representatives employed by distribution business partners and service providers in the country.

Customer Development Director, Unilever Sri Lanka, Surith Perera, and Vice President of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing, Gamika de Silva and other guests were present.

The launch of the Professional Selling Diploma also included the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Unilever Sri Lanka and the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.

Customer Development Director, Unilever Sri Lanka, Surith Perera said, "Our front line, the sales force, has been a key to our success. Their dedication and hard work has helped Unilever get to where we are today. Through this initiative, we will develop their capability and talent to win in today's competitive market place while helping them to grow as individuals and as 144 sales representatives will participate in the nine-month Diploma program".
