UPFA attracted highest foreign direct investment inflow - Minister Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena

Investment Promotion Minister Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena said irrespective of the challenges in the international arena, the UPFA government under President Mahinda Rajapaksa has attracted the highest foreign investment inflow to the country. The Minister in an interview with the Sunday Observer said the allegations against Sri Lanka in the international fora would not be a major issue or affect the country’s investments as the Government could face such challenges successfully.
