HSBC 'A' in major upset
HSBC 'A' created a hugh upset by eliminating the tournament hot
favourites, Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka Insurance, beating them by 44
runs in the BMW-Hyundai Cup, MCA 'C' division 50-over League Tournament
Semi-final, yesterday.
In the other semi-final, Commercial Bank 'A' had to put up a fight to
eliminate Arpico by 3 wickets.
The final between HSBC 'A' and Commercial Bank 'A' will be played on
Saturday, February 9 at the P. Sara Oval, commencing 10.00 am.
