Educational opportunities for Lankan students

There is a demand in several countries for trained medical scientists
in Biological and Biomedical Sciences. Rather than trying to become
medical practitioners, students can do programs in these fields, said
School Director, International and Postgraduate Division of the School
of Life, Sport and Social Sciences at Edinburgh Napier University, UK,
Prof. Sophie Foley at the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
with the Graduate Institute of Science and Management (GISM).

With this agreement, GISM will offer degree pathway programs in Sri
Lanka for students before they leave for the UK. |
