Apartment complex in Panadura

Suncity Property Developers (Pvt) Ltd unveiled plans of its latest apartment complex at Nalluruwa, Panadura.

Two buildings one with five floors and the other with three floors, will house 40 apartments with modern facilities and conveniences. Each apartment consisting of two bedrooms will have a separate parking structure. Stage 1 of the building will be completed by August 2014.

According to the Managing Director of Suncity, Pinsiri Fernando the company will provide the best services to clients while keeping the costs low. Designed by Bandusena Associates, construction of the building will commence this month, with the first floor to be completed by December. The company expects to have a show apartment by the end of the year.

The Managing Director said that in the past few years, there had been a rise in the number of young couples keen on living in the comfort of an apartment complex instead of a conventional house.
