Mast. Dinelka Nanayakkara was appointed the Head Prefect of
St. Benedict's College, Colombo 13 at the prefects’ induction
ceremony held recently to mark its 150th anniversary celebrations.
Former Director, Ministry of Health, Dr. Lakdasa Abeykoon, who
was the head prefect of the school during its centenary year
 was the chief guest.

Musaeus College Sports Meet 2015 was held at the CCC Grounds recently. Here the chief guest, Air Marshal K.A. Gunathilake and Mrs. Gunathilake being conducted to the venue by Principal Mrs. S. Dandeniya. Trustees Mrs. Indrani Weeratunga, Prof. Mohan de Silva and the Deputy Principals, Mrs. R. Gunaratne and Mrs. C. Jayathilake are also in the picture.

Chula Kumar de Silva of the Associated Newspapers of Ceylon Ltd., was awarded a certificate of appreciation and a plaque at the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects, in appreciation of co-ordinating the Best Designed English Newspaper Supplement, at the inauguration of the Annual Sessions 2015 at the BMICH, from Archt. Prof. Chitra Weddikkara and Senior Vice President Archt. Harsha Fernando.
