Sritrims sets up Garments Accessories Development Centre

Sritrims (Far East) Limited, a top globally-renowned manufacturer and supplier of garment accessories, has established Asia's first-ever, state-of-the-art 'one-stop-shop' for fashion accessories in Sri Lanka.

This modern facility with 20,000 to 30,000 fashion accessories in stock, has changed the landscape of Sri Lanka's vital garment industry by offering buyers ready access to samples under one roof to facilitate direct, hassle-free orders.

Managed by Ornate (Pvt) Ltd., a sister company of Sritrims based in Hong Kong with key production facilities in China, Trims Development Centre is an innovative showroom synonymous with an array of fashion accessories which has done Sri Lanka proud as a 'first' in the whole of Asia.

"This facility is a bonanza to buyers as they no longer need to wait until we get down samples from China, which invariably takes about a fortnight", said Managing Director, Sritrims (Far East) Limited Nishantha Delgoda.

"With buyers opting for new accessories rather than garments, it is crucial that samples are channelled to them expeditiously", he said "This cannot happen without our own fully-fledged, world-class fashion accessories display showroom".
