Twenty fifth Muthuhara anniversary on April 28

'Muthuhara' launched by the Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation with the objective of heralding a new life to the sons & daughters of Mother Lanka marks its 25th anniversary on April 28.

Muthuhara program has been able to create robust personalities through the promotion of knowledge, skills and attitudes. Most of the electronic and print media personnel have their roots in Muthuhara program.

Muthuhara, the children-oriented organisation which has preserved the national ethos and identity for over two and a half decades has made arrangements to hold its 25th anniversary in a meaningful manner.

One of the main features of the programme is the construction of ten well-stocked libraries under the patronage of Muthuhara Children's Clubs islandwide and the business community. The support of the international community is also to be enlisted.
