Big-House and S-Bee on crossovers
Present and former sporting heavyweights Big-House and S-Bee graced
the ceremony at which Ampara Express announced her retirement from
athletics.
S-Bee said he quit his party and came to Big-House's Elephant Party
while Big-House left his party and crossed over to S-Bee's old party.
But Big-House intervened to say he is still a member of the Elephant
Party, but as a reformist.
Ugly statement
Ra-Blue showed his political bankruptcy by labelling Gota as an 'Ugly
American' before a distinguished gathering of Diplomatic Corps. But four
senior members of his own party have openly criticised Ra-Blue's
comments saying that it was not fitting for a true leader.
Captain cool
A Non-C-Pack Ad-Minister was greatly disturbed by a statement made by
Ra-Blue on MR in Kegalle. He immediately rang MR in Geneva to seek his
permission to have a protest near stations which telecast the speech.
"Don't panic. Nobody
takes note of his statements now," a cool MR said.
Abducted by Mistresses
Veteran Die-Moo has disclosed an unknown side of the recent abduction
wave with one of our scribes. The Hand Party heavyweight has said
playboy businessmen are making the best use of the abduction campaign by
political opportunists. "They disappear with their secret ones for a few
days and tell their wives on their return that they were abducted," he
said.
Ra-Blue blasts his organisers
Ra-Blue has blasted his organisers for their lethargic approach. He
has severely warned them to go beyond their 'weekend politics' and be
closer to the people in their electorates throughout the week. "If not,
we will never come to power," he said.
