St. Joseph's vs Isipathana on Monday and Tuesday

CRICKET: The Observer-Bata Best Schoolboy Cricket Team 2006/2007 St. Joseph's College will be out for the first time this season when they take on Isipathana College in their 'curtain-raiser' two-day school cricket match at the Moratuwa Stadium tomorrow Monday and Tuesday.

The team is led by opening batsman Ruwantha Fernandopulle and will have seven coloursmen. His deputy will be under 19 national player Dimuth Karunaratne.

There are three more players who represented the under 19 team. They are Thisara Perera, Roshane Silva and leg-spinner Sameera Weerasinghe. The team is coached by former Josephian cricketer Harsha de Silva.
