Raffles Solutions to meet growing challenges

The Sri Lankan DACvision and the Thakral Group of Singapore on Wednesday launched the Raffles Solutions to develop localised and industry-specific business solutions.

CEO, DACvision, Sujatha Nadesan said that it was the right time to bring in a regional partner to provide business solutions to the Sri Lankan market.

"DACvision's partnership with Microsoft will help us develop the best solutions required to meet the growing challenges of the IT business in the region", she said.

DACvision is the leading partner of Microft in Sri Lanka for business applications under the Microsoft Dynamics brand.

Nadesan said by bringing in the capabilities of Raffles Solutions we will provide the expertise and resources that the customers need to develop businesses.

Country Manager Microsoft Sri Lanka, Sriyan de Silva Wijeyeratne said the Sri Lankan IT industry needs combinations of global expertise.

"Microsoft has made an impact locally through its Dynamics Solutions and DACvision has been an outstanding partner", he said.

Regional Manager for Microsoft Dynamics South-East Asia Steve Helvie said the Raffles Solutions will provide business solutions that meet challenges at an attractive price.

The Thakral Group is among Asia's leading conglomerates with an annual consolidated turnover of over US$ 1.5 billion and operates in 35 countries.
