New light shed on Nugegoda bomb blast
Contrary to the reports that appeared in the
newspapers regarding the bomb blast at the Nugegoda junction on
November 28, the subsequent inquiry conducted by the Nugegoda Police
Division had revealed that Kohuwela Police station received a phone
call regarding the suspicious parcel at 5.52 p.m. according to a
media release issued by the police Headquarters.
