Former WB Vice President on ‘The Way Forward’

Mohomed Mushin, former Vice President and CIO of the World Bank made a presentation on “The way forward” organised by the Management Club at the Galle Face Hotel.

Mushin who drew examples from his illustrious career at the World Bank and his experiences in working as a Management Consultant of a Global Strategic Management Consultancy Group, stressed the importance of smooth and quiet transitions in implementing changes in organisations in a successful manner.

He explained how human resource development played a major role in bringing about such organisational transformation through mobilising the best resources for optimal customer satisfaction.

Describing what he called Managing the Emotional Timeline, Muhsin explained that understanding human behaviour through different phases of changes in an organisation is as much important as technological advancements facilitating such developments.
