Nations Trust Bank's American Express Credit Card together with SriLankan Airlines launched the American Express Internet Payment Gateway with the SriLankan Airlines Internet Booking Engine at a ceremony in an aircraft at the Bandaranaike International Airport - This will see both companies offering enhanced and flexible services, greater rewards and opportunities for customers to take wing to the skies.

Through the Internet Payment Gateway, American Express Cardmembers for the first time will be able to make online bookings of their airline ticket on any SriLankan Airlines flight.

In the spirit of this partnership American Express Cardmembers will be offered a saving of USD10 for every ticket booked online. Cardmembers will also enjoy a 10% savings on inflight duty free products in the Serendib Treasures catalogue for pre-orders above USD 100 and 5% savings for orders above USD 70.
