Teen Thoughts
Dear Brother,
There were battles and
happy moments in our lives...
When we were doing
hide and seek,
Whenever you saw me,
you pretended
not to see me...
But today, memories of
past has fade away,
Only the sadning memory
of you and me is there...
childhood flew away like a bird
And once you left to war
Without our agreement,
But...
You were happy for that choice,
Once or twice when you came home,
as you promised,
You came to see me too
But why do you broke the promise
that you gave me lastmonth?
That you will be there in
December....

"Empty Tomb"
When Mary Magdalene reached the tomb,
Jesus had risen from the womb,
To New Life. Hearken to His response as gardener,
"Why seek Life in Death"? a strange partner!
St. Paul's clarion call, Jesus is risen!
The stone rolled back and darkness driven!
His Resurrection is Christ's own prediction;
This divine reality is our true Benediction.
The apostles neer took his prediction seriously
Hence Betrayal and Denial done grievously;
The "message" of Easter to us impart,
His victory oer death, oh take it to heart!
The empty tomb is nothing but a sign;
In this era, we think we are all fine;
What other sign can you or I give,
But the invincible aspect of the faith we live!
Risen Lord is the summit of our Life
In this world, filled with woe and strife;
So let's go and proclaim the good news
Only his resurrection could give us lasting peace.

Life
Flow, flow and flow
The river is flowing
everyday
What is it?
It is a river.
Long river is flowing
Short river is flowing
Flowing, flowing and flowing
What is it?
It is a river
Oh! It is interesting
It is attractive
And it is quiet and calm
Sometime
It is danger
What is it?
It is a river.
There are trees, rocks
Paddy fields and temples
on either side of the river
What is it?
It is a river
At last
River flows the sea
And the ocean
What is it?
It is a river
River just like a life
Because life is flowing
everyday
We are flowing too
Flowing, flowing and flowing
forever

To love in idleness
Sit here, beside me. On this downy bank
The heather grows soft, star-sprinkled
With purple. Our Persian carpet.
Look close and you will see the ring
Where the fairies used to dance...
But that was long ago.
We will dip our bare feet in the cold,
Shimmering light, and try
To catch the sparkles. The silence will
Ripple; and the glimmering silver,
In slow, sleepy circles,
Casting the world in a trance.
Look how your soul has fallen, dark
Upon the heather. Merging
With mine....
The sunshine on your lips
Will taste of milk, tinged bitter
With buttercups and fresh green grass.
The willows are weeping, drooping
With sadness;
Quietly the river sighs,
Sorrowful and sweet..
Let me lay my head on your shoulder,
Drowsy-eyed, and listen to
The gurgling water, lapping
Up the lazy hours. Drink in
This rapture, your soul
Is sobbing out for peace.
Dearest, your eyes
Are liquid, like the night,
Flecked with colour, like crystals
Of water;
Dreamy and strange,
Overbrimming with sunshine....
Like my soul.

Hello, Hello Do you hear me
Why you silent, say Hello! plz....
Without saying anything to me
You ignore the call and hurting me
Stunned me stunned
What's the wrong can't understand
Dear me....
Why you cut the call and make my heart to cry
Hello, Hello Do you feel me
Why you silent, say something! plz...
Without saying anything to me
You ignore the call and hurting me
Puzzled me puzzled
You promised me that you won't make me to cry
You promised me that you won't forget me
and won't say bye
Dear me....
But you cut the call and make my heart to die
Hello, Hello Do you wanna hurt me
Why you silent, say anything! plz...
I can bare anything you are doing
But don't ignore the call and hurt me
Weeping my soul is weeping
Hope you'll feel me someday
Hope you'll reply me someday
My dear....
Here I'm waiting for you till you say me hi!

Mind stilled
Restless is the mind enchanted,
Seeking and striving for sense pleasures.
Incessant in the pace of gearing,
Come to grief, like a dream at dawn
Profound is the darkness of mind, tormented,
Pining and whining on deeds committed,
Shadows brood, and deepen their horizon,
Like the jungle tide of moonless night.
Shattered is the spirit of mind haunted
Dreading and harping on themes of woe
Generating volumes of mind flux,
Like the drumming a charnel grounds.
Blessed is the Yogi in his demeanour
Collected, and devoid of sense pleasures,
No worry, no repentance and no worldly attachment,
Mind stilled, he remains composed.

Poetry and my life
Everyday
I can't live
without writing poems
They are my life
Poems are my lovers
In my life...
Pleasure, smiles and tears
all is you

Poetry and my life
You react to our meeting with a smile
You just passed a smile,
A tiny opening on your lips.
You're a floating stream,
You run through the slippery stone,
You meet lots,
You give warm welcome
A fresh welcome.
