Nuwara Kalaviye Kona Mangallaya

"Nuwara Kalaviye Kona Mangallaya" New Year Celebrations organised by Anula Vidyalaya, Nugegoda will be held at the school grounds at 4.00 p.m. on April 07. New Year Festival is woven around Sigiriya, its ancient surroundings, traditional dancing, games, language, behaviour and implements in use at the time. Anula Vidyalaya New Year Celebration is a novel concept of its Principal, Mrs. Sandya Neelamani Malawiarachchi, to make her students understand and appreciate ancient culture of the Sigiriya period and its values.
