Ms Lanka 2009 - Beauty for a cause

The search is now on to crown the most beautiful girl! Ms. Lanka 2009 - Beauty for a Cause is presented by Technique International together with the Sunday Observer.

Readers of the Sunday Observer are invited to vote for the Most Popular Contestant who will be crowned 'Miss Sunday Observer' at the glitsy pageant which will be staged in October. The coupon for this contest will be published in the Sunday Observer. Applications for Ms Lanka close on July 14. Ms Lanka 2009 will also feature more than ten mini titles to be won.

The annual pageant is in its fifteenth year and the proceeds from the contest will go towards scholarship programs of deserving talented students in vocational training which is of utmost importance in today's competitive world.
