Do children's videos do more harm than good?
Since the advent of television and videos,
children have gained immense joy and entertainment watching them.
Some television programs claim to be educational, therefore
providing not only entertainment for the child, but also education.
Thus, mums and dads feed and wash their children and place them in
front of the television and get on with their chores, quite
satisfied that the children are not only quiet and content, but that
they are also learning.

Flexibility, the key to relaxation
The reputed author Dr Norman Vincent Peale once
narrated a story he had heard from a ship's first officer. “The
ocean is a tremendous force,” he said, “and a ship is only a very
small force, but we know how to make our powerful engines adapt
themselves to the timing of the sea. We don't drive them
relentlessly through the waves; instead, we adjust our speed to the
timing of the waves, so we are practically carried along by the
sea.”

International Water Sports benefit the body
In all instances water offers all types of
excellent opportunities for sport and other recreational facilities.
Most water sports occur at sea and some others on rivers, lakes and
swimming pools. Water sports such as rowing and swimming depend
wholly on muscle power. Sometimes, the power of the wind or sea
waves are readily harnessed by people in such sports as surfing and
sailing.
