UPFA May Day rally at Town Hall
The UPFA May Day rally will be held at the Colombo
Town Hall under the patronage of President Mahinda Rajapaksa, said SLFP
General Secretary and Health Minister Maithripala Sirisena. He said that
the May Day rally will begin at 11 am at Campbell Park, Borella.

said that they are not opposed to the Parliamentary Select Committee
proposed by the Government. The TNA leader said, “We have made our
position very clear. We have never been opposed to the Parliamentary
Select Committee, though we do not have much trust in it.”
