Vesak pinkama at Mallikaramaya

A series of Vesak pinkamas will be held at Mallikaramaya, Ratmalana from today to Friday, May 4, under the patronage of the Viharadhipathi Agga Maha Panditha Most Ven. Weligama Gnanarathana Maha Nayaka Thera.

The series will begin with a Sath Budu Pooja on today at 6.00 pm, followed by a Dhamma sermon be delivered by the Viharadhipathi. The program will continue till May 4 from 6.00 pm daily.

Administering of Vesak Sil and Budda pooja will be conducted by the Maha Nayaka Thera at 6.15 am.

The Program 7.00 am: Heel Dana, 8.00 to 9.00 am : Bhavana - Ven. Hurulunika Vewa Asekha Thera, 9.00 - 10.00 am : Kavi Bana - Ven. Thalakumbure Gnanathilaka Thera, 10.00 - 11.00 am: Dharmadesana - Ven. Dhambara Amila Thera, 11.00 - 12.00 noon: Forenoon Dana, 1.00 - 2.00 pm: Gihi Deshana by A.G. Gamini Ratnasiri, 2.00 - 3.00 pm: Suthra Deshana by Jayasena Edirisinghe, 3.30 - 4.30 pm : Dharmadeshana by Ven. Lelwala Thapassi Thera, 5.00 - 6.00 pm : Dharmadeshana - Most. Ven. Weligama Gnanarathana Thera, 6.00 pm : Thesaththa Gnana Pooja.
