Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and President
Mahinda Rajapaksa have stressed the need for a new world order at their

SLMC dissociates itself from TNA campaign
Refuting reports in certain sections of the media
that the Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) leadership has decided to join
the TNA campaign against the “acquisition of lands in Tamil areas”,
party chairman and Deputy Minister of Cooperatives and Internal Trade
Basheer Segu Dawood said that no such decision had been taken.
