It was a red letter day for Priyanthi of Salon Roots fame who invited
Minister of Co-operatives and Internal Trade Johnston Fernando to open a
branch of Roots at the Majestic City last week.
Priyanthi a popular figure in the glitz and glamour of today's
society realised that there was an urgent need to have a branch at The
Majestic City since a large number of women young and old patronise the
location daily.
The necessity to educate them in hair and beauty culture was a
demanding factor.
With trained and skilled staff putting her expertise into action this
branch of Salon Roots will provide a long list of glamour in haircuts,
hair highlights, rebonding, perming and braiding. For those who are
"facial crazy" a visit to Salon Roots will be the answer.
Besides the Salon provides manicures, pedicures, foot massage,
waxing, threading, tattoos, scalp treatment - you have the opportunity
to choose what you've been thinking you want to do but never got down to
it. But above all if you are thinking of getting married soon, then a
visit to Roots is a must to be dressed by Priyanthi and her staff.
Priyanthi has twenty five years experience in hair and beauty culture
and on her own she has twelve years of experience behind her. Salon
Roots, Priyanthi tells us, has established the Roots Academy where
interested students can acquire the English City and Guilds
professionalism, or the Australian AQS and NVQ.
