High-handed acts of Wanni - Leader

Some senior UNP members have expressed displeasure at the manner in which Guna-Gem, the Wanni-Leader is spearheading a disgraceful campaign to suit his personal agenda.

It is a public secret how the Wanni-Leader conducted himself in a shameful manner, standing on a chair and shouting at the bench when judgment against Fonseka was delivered.

Some senior UNP lawyers too condemned the highhanded acts of the Wanni- Leader, who continues to play his double games in support of his buddy in crime - the controversial sec of the com that is for judicial, against whom loads of complaints have been pouring in. While the executive and legislature continue to protect and respect the independence of the judiciary, the masses feel the judiciary should not only be independent but also just.
