Dialog-Mercantile Rugby Sevens Nov.23 to 25

RUGBY: Dialog-Mercantile Rugby Sevens 2012 will be held on 23rd, 24th & 25th of November at Havelocks Sports Club grounds.

The tournament is powered by Dialog Axiata PLC for the 9th successive year. (since 2003).

The 42nd tournament is conducted by Mercantile Rugby Football Association (MRFA).

Entries are available with Shanaka Fernando, General Secretary, MRFA, C/o Metropolitan Computers (Pvt) Ltd., 85, Baybrooke Place Colombo 2.

Entries will close on 15th November 2012 at 3.00 pm and the draw for groupings will be held on 20th November 2012, 6.00 pm at Havelocks SC.

Last Year, MAS Holdings retained the Cup Championship beating the debutants, Nation Lanka Finance (20/14); Dialog won the play off for the 3 rd place, beating John Keells 'A' (12/10); Access Group won the "Plate" beating Commercial Bank (24/7); Entrust won the "Bowl" beating John Keells 'B' (22/7) and Hemas Group won the "Shield" beating Suntel (12/7)
