Ben Consortium launches twin-tower project

Ben Consortium and Construction (Pvt) Ltd, a Canadian investment company, has commenced work on a twin-tower, 110-unit apartment complex in Wellawatte. The company has invested $ 4.5 million on the project which is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

The apartments at Nancy Tower is designed for Sri Lankans while the units at Ben Tower are designed for foreign buyers. The complex will comprise a roof top garden, children's playing area, swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, jacuzzi, meditation and recreational facilities.

Ben Consortium and Construction, CEO Thiyagarajah Sivakumar said that the need for comfortable, convenient living has been felt by modern society especially in the metropolis. This need is being met by some leading property developers and among them is Ben Consortium and Construction.

"This company's property development projects are approved by the BOI," Sivakumar said.
