Fitch affirms John Keells Holdings at 'AAA(lka)'/Stable

Fitch Ratings has affirmed John Keells Holdings PLC's (JKH) 'AAA(lka)' National Long-Term rating. The outlook is stable.

JKH is an investment holding company with interests in transport, leisure, consumer food manufacturing and retail, property development, financial services and IT. JKH earns strong recurring dividends from core investments, particularly from its 42% - owned associate South Asia Gateway Terminals (SAGT) which operates one of three container terminals at the Port of Colombo (POC) and from its leisure segment.
