Amana Bank assists Grade five students

Amana Bank partnered the Zonal Education Department of Kalmunai to conduct a model examination for Grade five students preparing for the 2013 scholarship examinations in the Kalmunai zone.

More than 2,400 students benefited from this initiative which covered more than 60 schools in the zone. Staff members of the Bank's Kalmunai and Nintavur branches with 250 academic staff arranged and supervised the examinations under the guidance of the Kalmunai Zonal Education Department.

The students answered a model exam paper simulating an examination environment.

The Bank's Vice President, Consumer Banking and Strategic Marketing, Siddeeque Akbar said, "We are proud to partner with the Kalmunai Zonal Education Department to conduct this model examination. We hope the students have benefited from this program and wish them all their best in their upcoming examinations".
