Motivational seminar

A motivational seminar organised by the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka will be held on Thursday from 3.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m at its auditorium at D R Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10. Employees are the building blocks of an organisation. Organisational success depends on the collective efforts of the employees and they will collectively contribute to organisational growth when motivated.

Trainer Dr. Naomal Balasuriya, a medical doctor turned motivational speaker and corporate trainer, will be the resource person.

"The program by Dr Balasuriya, who has an unorthodox training style will take the audience on a life-changing journey," a Chamber spokesman said.

The areas covered will include Essence of a 'true leader', Think world class, feel world-class, act world class, What is 'true success', The power of a world-class vision, Absolute essentials for Success, Developing a 'Nothing is impossible; impossible is nothing' attitude, The ultimate challenge: 'Making this world a better place than when we found it at birth'.
