Lawyers '85 Batch to celebrate silver jubilee

The 1985 Batch Alumni of the Sri Lanka Law College has organised a get-together and dinner dance at Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel on November 2 to commemorate 25 years at the Bar as Attorneys-at-Law.

The members of the group are those who joined the Law College in January 1985 as well as those who took oaths before the Supreme Court as Attorneys-at Law in October 1988 and April 1989.

Among those who will attend the function will be several High Court judges, a Cabinet Minister, eminent legal professionals including some President's Counsel, Deputy Solicitors General, senior lawyers of the official and unofficial Bars, as well as senior officials of the State and private sector.
