Ra-Blue's attempt to trap Middle-Bandara fails
Ra-Blue played another ace by offering positions to party seniors who
support Saa-jeet, the Love-Slave. He called Middle-Bandara and pleaded
with him to take over the chairmanship of the Greens' trade union wing,
Jay DoubleS. But Middle-Bandara sensed what Ra-Blue was up to and said
disputes among party seniors should be resolved before accepting
positions.
Wedding Sam's bogus claim
Following his plea to be handcuffed to woo public sympathy, Wedding
Sam has come up with another ploy to achieve his goal. He now claims
that there are underworld figures roaring to kill him. Even a
Kindergarten child knows only too well that barely anybody would even
dream of killing a bankrupt politician such as Sam, unless he had a hand
with the underworld in the recent Matara attack.
Love-Slave attempts to win Green seniors
Love-Slave is going all out to win the hearts of Green Em Pees, even
those loyal to Ra-Blue. He embarked on another mission by holding pocket
meetings with Em Pees in groups, including Gem Wije, whom Ra-Blue is
grooming to become the Green leader after the new Prez polls.
Bell Boys hold divergent views
The Bell Boys, after their dismal record at the recent PC polls by
finishing even behind Fonny's party, have decided to lie low. Two senior
politburo members have suggested that they form an alliance with Fonny
again. But Soo-me, the One-sa has flatly rejected this as Fonny could
again rob votes from the Bell Boys' base. |
