Modified 'systems thinking' approach for rapid development

A medical doctor will explain what amazing systems function inside the human body. The body of a human being doesn't know who owns it, which part of the world it is domiciled. Further, it does not know where it sleeps - on a bed or in a coffin! Systems found in external geographical world and inside offices, factories and even at homes. (especially in kitchen) There are no owners for these systems as well.

However, we generally say all those things are inside the mind. The whole world is finally permeated in to the word 'mind'. It's a fact that no one has found where the mind in the human body is. No acceptable scientific definition is yet known to the world about the mind. The perusal of the philosophies developed in the world, researches so far conducted, affirm that this basic mystery has not been solved yet beyond doubt.

Hence tragedies keep increasing. A saintly person can become a rogue or killer in a matter of a few minutes. Other than a strong belief, due to severe conditioning of a religious practice, no guarantee is available to rely on a so-called 'good person' in the society. This is an ideal stage to begin your research of 'inward journey' inquiry because here only can you see a completely liberated position and commence moving towards any goal of yours on the correct path. Majority of people live without the knowledge of this fact and not knowing how to clear these doubts. If you fail to identify this position you may get into a path of becoming a robot using various conditioning. For instance, terrorists get rid of fear through such conditioning. However believing a 'self' inside you as the owner of the body is better than becoming a 'robot'. Intelligent, creative man at this stage guided by his own researches internally and externally, awaits to see what final goal he can reach.

Disputes

Any diplomat, inquirer into global disputes among nations, if he experiences this stage, will help him/her to be impartial to all parties. Agencies such as UNO should welcome the proposed program as tools to develop this area are rare. Ideally, knowing this important state of a person and becoming a researcher is a prerequisite for any human being especially if you are holding any responsible post in a government department or performing any role as a social worker etc.

One can argue 'if the situation is that bad how did the world achieve this amazing technological development'? Superficially it's very clear that they did achieve but at a very high cost. Maybe it or even a better target could have been achieved at half the cost.

This amazing cost incurred also has made the so called 'poor' the poorest. Also, we cannot forget lives lost - scientists who made valuable discoveries put to death. So many projects failed due to jealousies of human beings. Escalating uncontrollable corruption at global level is another case in point. If countries had found a solution to the problem during early 20th century various, very costly research, space exploration projects would have been done jointly and the current level of development could have been achieved a long time ago.

What can be done to rectify the initial defect of not understanding the mysterious 'self' and sort out the problems faced by the world as a result?

Any action in the physical world first occurs in the mind. As stated above, the location of mind is still a mystery. So very clearly, everything that appears in the intangible mind are nothing but examples.

Thinking

This understanding is crucial to avoid miseries caused by individualistic thinking.

With this background one is able to see the thoughts with a different value system (due to thinking as 'self' naturally such thoughts are harmful to people and society). Hence as a practical solution for the problem, an idea for a remedial action plan is proposed with two independent steps. The first step of the action plan recommended is already in progress worldwide on an individual basis with only support coming from the internet. The second step is only an awareness campaign which can be commenced almost immediately by any individual/organisation who grasps this message. However to gain results fast both actions/steps need state sponsorship with proper supervision in any country.

Step 1. Commencing a worldwide research to find out the mysterious 'self' free of any religious involvement, covering at least 75 percent of the total number of countries in the world. (There are no obstacle for any individual or association to begin the project immediately with suitably developed action plan.)

For any country, the cost involved in implementing and networking it worldwide can be very negligible. We trust the project is capable of attracting the blessings of the world. (a detailed procedure is not given here for obvious reasons - a worldwide program can be similar to procedure formulating international standards)

Step 2. Formulating an awareness program on educating /implementing systems thinking introduced to Japan by Dr Deming through which Japan was able to reach their present glory. He taught the Japanese that everything is a system and it's the purpose which is important. (The Leader's handbook by Peter. Scholtes).

However as a pre proposed action plan the concept is modified to allow room for it to absorb benefits of any research findings revealed to the world from time to time. Sri Lanka is looked at as a part of the systems functioning in the world. (existence of the world is taken as an example). World leaders should agree to unite and research to find out an answer to this major initial problem of humanity and give their blessings wholeheartedly. Most of the resource personnel appearing on internet, especially youtube genuinely, interested in solving this mystery. Some try to use essence of traditional religions. Some try to be totally independent in their search. None are against any religious or social organisations engaged in doing good for the people in society. These activities show that the world population is conscious of finding the correct path for liberation and world peace.

It's heartening to note enthusiasm shown in this respect by some of the leading businessmen in this country with successful achievements.

These visionary leaders have found untapped resources even in remote areas in the country. Signs are now emerging which indicate that Sri Lanka is a country capable of becoming a leading contributor to the efforts of the world to achieve peace with prosperity. 'Systems thinking' which can be used to prevent 'self-centredness, is the heart of the 21st capable of networking and energising developing countries against the threats of the major powers.

Independent

It's said that Charles de Gaul once has uttered as the president of France that the nuclear power is necessary for a country to be independent.

What does this mean? Does it mean they (super powers) have 'global family 'concept in their 'minds'? It's a clear indication that their belief is in jungle law - 'survival of the fittest'. Will those nuclear super powers join together one day in the future and decide to rule the 'world' bullying small nations? This is not a welcome message for countries who cannot afford to develop the nuclear bomb. Hence a proposed action plan should commence at least in the minds of individuals immediately.
