South Africa clinch Youth World Cup

South Africa Under-19 clinched the ICC Under-19 World Cup beating Pakistan Under-19 by six wickets in the final match played at Dubai International Cricket Stadium yesterday.

South Africa, set to make 132 runs to win, reached the target in 42.1 overs losing only four wickets. Opener Aideen Markram played a key anchor role during his unbeaten 66. Greg Oldfield chipped in with 40 runs and 71-runs were shared for the third wicket between them.

Electing to bat, Pakistan Youth were bundle out for 131 due to a vicious bowling figures by paceman Corbin Bosch. The Durban right armer claimed 4-15 in 7.3 overs with two maiden overs.
