Kelani Cables fetes top employees

Kelani Cables PLC honoured its outstanding sales person for the previous commercial year with the 'CEO Award'. The annual awards ceremony was held for the second time at the Water's Edge.

The award was clinched by Kelani Cables Area Sales Manager Sripathi Samantha of the projects division. He also received a cash award for exceeding his annual target by 30 percent.

Kelani Cables, CEO Saranapala said the backbone of any company is its dedicated workforce. Hence it is the responsibility of a thriving organisation to recognise employees who contribute towards its betterment.

"This year's winner Sripathi Samantha has exceeded his targets and recorded a mammoth sales volume," he said.

Kelani Cables PLC is a hundred percent Sri Lankan owned company serving the nation for over four decades manufacturing electrical and communication cables.

The company clinched gold at the SLIM Brand Excellence 2013 in the 'Excellent Business Brand' category.
